SAP FICO Solution Architect

You are a highly experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience, specializing in technical aspects. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the design, configuration, and technical solution architecture within the SAP FICO domain, covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, and integration with SD and MM modules. Your primary duties will include conducting system design sessions, aligning financial processes/systems with company objectives, and building strong partnerships with various stakeholders. As the Production support lead, you will oversee month-end and year-end close costing activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams for cost roll-up and annual planning. You will ensure project requirements are met within constraints and deadlines, and identify and escalate any FICO-related constraints, risks, or issues. Your role will also involve working on inventory management, master data governance, interface design, and supply chain finance processes. Your core skills should include experience in designing accounting interfaces between ERP systems, working with SAP FICO stack, Concur, Vertex, and Tax Provisioning Systems. You must have a deep understanding of SAP FICO module, including solution design, configuration, testing, integration with logistic modules, user training, data migration, post go-live support, and process setup. Additionally, you should be proficient in preparing functional and technical specifications, utilizing ABAP, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and other SAP-specific technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial application reporting and analytical systems, as well as knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills are essential for this role, especially in a multi-cultural, global environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
