Role Overview:

Senior SAP R2R Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of

    SAP R2R processes

    across global finance landscapes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for

    General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing, and Consolidation

    .
  • Drive

    process improvements, automation, and standardization

    across financial reporting functions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose robust SAP solutions.
  • Work on

    S/4HANA transformation projects

    , data migration, and system integration.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional specs, and support development & testing teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and business users.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in

    SAP FICO

    , with deep focus on

    R2R processes

    .
  • Proven track record of

    leading 2 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    General Ledger (GL)

    ,

    Asset Accounting (AA)

    ,

    Financial Closing Cockpit

    , and

    Controlling (CO)

    .
  • Solid exposure to

    S/4HANA

    , including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori apps.
  • Experience in

    intercompany eliminations, legal & management reporting

    , and

    group consolidation

    (preferably using BPC or Group Reporting).
  • Good understanding of

    integration with MM, SD, and PP

    modules.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with

    SAP Central Finance (CFIN)

    .
  • Exposure to

    SAP BPC / Group Reporting / Treasury

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Agile project methodologies and tools (JIRA, Solution Manager)

    .
