Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Act as an SAP FICO functional consultant with experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules including:
• Accounts Receivable (Primary)
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Fixed Assets
• Design, implement, and optimize financial accounting and controlling processes in SAP.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into SAP configurations.
• Participate in blueprinting, design, configuration, and customization phases of SAP transformation programs.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP FICO solutions.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including functional design documents, test cases, and test results.
• Execute and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues raised by business users.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assist in investigating, analyzing, and resolving SAP FI-related issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert where required.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience, with strong exposure to SAP FICO on S/4HANA.
• Deep functional expertise in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and SAP FI configuration.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, design, and implementation phases.
• Experience working on small to medium-sized SAP projects.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  

• FI integration with SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting.
• Team handling or project coordination experience.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
• Formal SAP training or SAP certification.
  

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred: Master’s Degree
