As a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Technical Area encompassing ABAP, FIORI, ANALYTICS, AUTOMATION, and INTERFACES, you will play a strategic leadership role in managing, delivering, and supporting the IT application Business portfolio of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the business through S4HANA Technical Modules effectively - Ensuring alignment of all Logistics Sub modules to meet business benefits - Managing and optimizing the application portfolio to maximize ROI with the support of SAP S4HANA Logistics - Streamlining processes with automation to reduce efforts and time for the business In the domain of Enterprise Applications Management, you will be expected to demonstrate: - Strong skills in Core ABAP with migration and upgrade experience - Full Stack developer experience in SAP Fiori / UI5, SAP Gateway / OData, Backend - Knowledge of ABAP and Real-time Exposure to WRICEF components - Proficiency in Enhancement Framework - Advantageous experience in SAP Gateway programming / OData Service development Your role will also involve: - Ensuring high-quality IT services delivery to end-users - Optimizing performance and conducting code quality checks for custom developments - Creating and reviewing technical design documents - Collaborating with Technical Leads and functional consultants to integrate business applications into new technologies Furthermore, you will engage in: - Managing vendor relationships to obtain best practice solutions - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure IT applications meet their needs Your qualifications and experience should include: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in IT applications management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA and integrations - Proven experience in managing application development and change management - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills - Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities If you are a proactive and strategic leader with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in IT applications, this Full-time position awaits your expertise.
