SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview: As a Consultant with 5 to 6 years of experience in an ECC environment, you will be responsible for incident and ticket resolution, user support, training, ensuring period closing accuracy, and coordinating with other teams. Key Responsibilities: - Handle tickets related to FI and CO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by end users. - Provide timely resolutions and document solutions for recurring issues. - Assist users in daily transactions and help resolve data entry errors. - Offer guidance on standard operating procedures and SAP best practices. - Conduct training or refresher sessions for end-users. - Ensure correct period closing within deadlines. - Collaborate with MM, SD, and other module consultants for cross-module issues. - Work with technical teams (ABAP/BASIS) to troubleshoot system performance or code issues.
