Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including significant hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
Highly experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
Spans SAP Advisory and S/4HANA functional delivery, requiring collaboration with technical teams and clients to design optimal solutions and drive end-to-end deliveryfrom blueprinting and configuration to testing, go-live, and support.
Strong functional knowledge across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking in both classic and New GL environments.
Design scalable, high-performance, and reusable SAP solutions based on business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration settings, test scripts, and documentation.
Configure enhancements based on business needs and perform proof-of-concepts or prototyping when required.
Finalize business process designs, identify gaps, and collaborate with the development team to deliver required customizations.
Participate in root-cause analysis and resolve functional issues efficiently.
Share expertise through regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Provide knowledge transfer to the Production Support team after go-live.
Support urgent production issues requiring functional expertise.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems; plan and test end-to-end scenarios with stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP business processes.
Develop high-level solution designs aligned with gathered requirements.
Lead functional deliverables such as fit-gap analysis and ensure solutions align with standard SAP capabilities.
Support the development team in completing WRICEF objects based on identified gaps.
Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams across design, build, and implementation phases.
Coordinate with SAP via the Service Marketplace to report product issues or functional gaps.
Work with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional issues.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimal solutions with development support.
Stay current on new SAP technologies and enhancements.
Strong ability to analyze business requirements, processes, and expectations across various levels of client stakeholders.
Proficient in SAP Fiori configuration.
Deep expertise in GL, AR, AP, AA, and Banking functionalities in both classic and New GL frameworks.
Strong experience in Bank Accounting, particularly Automatic Payment Program (APP).
Expertise in Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
Experience with taxation configurations and compliance.
Strong integration experience between FICO and SD/MM modules, as well as 3PL systems.
