Inside Sales Executive– Salesforce Lead Generation

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Experience Required: 0–1 year

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly fluent English-speaking inside sales executive to generate qualified leads for our Salesforce services. This is a front-line sales role that involves calling potential clients, communicating DCC’s value proposition, and booking appointments for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce DCC’s Salesforce services

·        Engage decision-makers in a professional and compelling manner

·        Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and business need

·        Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team

·        Maintain and update lead records in CRM

·        Follow up with leads via phone, email and LinkedIn as required

·        Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

·        Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)

·        Confidence and clarity in speech with strong listening ability

·        0–1 year of experience in calling, sales, customer service, or lead generation.

·        Ability to grasp technical service offerings like Salesforce CRM

·        Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

·        Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

·        Prior experience in IT services or CRM-related calling (preferred but not mandatory)
