SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview: As a Consultant with 5 to 6 years of experience in an ECC environment at Gurgaon location, your role will involve handling incident and ticket resolution for FI and CO modules in SAP ECC. This includes managing tickets related to GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported by end users, providing timely resolutions, and documenting solutions for recurring issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle tickets related to FI and CO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues raised by end users. - Provide timely resolution and document solutions for recurring issues. - Assist users with daily transactions and help resolve data entry errors. - Offer guidance on standard operating procedures and SAP best practices. - Conduct training or refresher sessions for end-users. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 6 years of experience working in an ECC environment. - Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules in SAP ECC. - Ability to collaborate with MM, SD, and other module consultants for cross-module issues. - Experience working with technical teams (ABAP/BASIS) to troubleshoot system performance or code issues.,
