UI/UX Designer

Job Description

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs. Translate design concepts into HTML/CSS code, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide support during the development process. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and provide rationale for design decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
