SAP FICO Analyst

• Period End Closing & Controlling (CO)
• Execute CO cycles: Assessment (KSU5) and Distribution (KSV5) for overhead allocation.
• Perform Actual Activity Price Calculation (KSII).
• Manage production order/process order closing: WIP (KKAX/KKAO), Variance Calculation (KKS1/KKS2), and Settlement (CO88/KO88).
• Ensure timely execution and monitoring of the CO period lock (OKP1).
• Material Ledger (ML) & Actual Costing
• Execute the complete Actual Costing Run (CKMLCP) process.
• Ensure accurate revaluation of inventory and consumption at the Periodic Unit Price (PUP).
• Monitor and resolve Material Ledger errors to maintain data integrity.
• P&L Reporting & Analysis
• Produce and analyze a Weekly Projected P&L report, highlighting key commercial and cost variances.
• Provide detailed commentary on Production, Input Price, and Overhead Variances generated by the CO/ML cycles.
• Reconcile CO/ML results to the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate Gross Margin reporting.
• The SAP FICO Specialist will be primarily responsible for the accurate and timely execution of all Controlling (CO) and Material Ledger (ML)/Actual Costing period-end close processes.
• This role is critical for determining the true cost of goods sold (COGS), calculating inventory actual costs, and generating the necessary weekly and final monthly Gross Margin/P&L reports to support business decision-making.
