We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SAP FICO and related financial applications. The role involves configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP FI and CO modules, as well as integration with systems such as SAP Concur, Coupa, and AP/AR automation platforms. The analyst will collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to streamline financial processes, ensure timely reporting, and support global operations including the integration of newly acquired companies.


Skill / Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance), B.Com/M.Com, CA, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 years in Controlling (CO).
  • Strong expertise in Payments, EBS, COPA, APP, Product Costing.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Incident & Change Management.
  • Exposure to working with global clients in a multinational environment.
  • Well-versed with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and support capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.


Certification Required

  • SAP FICO Certification


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform configuration and coding changes in SAP FI/CO modules and related applications.
  • Provide incident and change management support for SAP FICO and other financial systems.
  • Offer technical and functional support for key financial applications including SAP Concur and Coupa.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for smooth knowledge transfer and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting business operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP FICO.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and transactions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of financial systems during mergers and acquisitions in a global business environment.
