Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our SAP Finance team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to optimize our financial processes and reporting capabilities. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and improve financial processes Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement SAP FICO solutions Develop and maintain SAP FICO reports, interfaces, and data conversions Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and best practices Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in SAP FICO implementations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module configuration and customization In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles Experience with full lifecycle SAP projects Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment SAP FICO certification is preferred Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
