Job Summary

The SAP Executive is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing SAP systems to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves executing daily SAP transactions, assisting in system configuration, coordinating with users, and supporting reporting and process improvements across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily SAP transactions accurately and on time
• Support SAP modules such as SAP FICO / MM / SD / PP / HCM (as applicable)
• Maintain master data (customers, vendors, materials, GL accounts, etc.)
• Assist in SAP system configuration, testing, and documentation
• Generate and analyze SAP reports for management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with functional teams to resolve SAP-related issues
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies
• Assist in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects
• Provide end-user training and support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or Engineering
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP (relevant module)
• Understanding of business processes and ERP concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in a relevant module
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of integration between SAP modules
• Prior experience in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain environments

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,013.80 - ₹35,000.00 per month
