About the Role

SAP HCM Consultant handle SAP HCM Projects, Statutory compliance and Income Tax Module. Configure and customize the SAP HCM system to align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end project implementation, including requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Manage SAP incidents and oversee project management activities for critical rollouts, system enhancements, and AMC engagements with external partners.
• Primary functional expertise in SAP HCM, including Core HR processes, India Payroll practices, pay components, and time & attendance management.
• Possess secondary expertise in the Finance & Controlling (FICO) module (preferred), along with basic ABAP coding and debugging skills.
• Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation, Hands-on expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, info types, and Control Record management.

Candidate Specification

• 12 to 15 years’ Experience, Minimum One end to end implementation in SAP Payroll, HRMS process in manufacturing domain.
• Strong Domain Experience in India Payroll and HRMS Process, Time office management, integration with SAP process to convert the business requirement into functional and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to provide Level 2 (L2) support in SAP Payroll and HRMS modules, with sound understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with Finance.
• Expertise in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, HR operations and best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of India Payroll processes, statutory compliance, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Minimum One end to end SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Basic ABAP development skills preferred, including the ability to develop simple reports, perform enhancements, and conduct debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• SAP HCM Certification is preferred.
