Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM/WM Functional Analyst to support and enhance SAP Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM) operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that improve business processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP QM and WM modules

  .
• Design and optimize processes to strengthen quality control and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop blueprint documents.
• Manage integration of QM and WM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to provide actionable business insights.
• Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for SAP QM/WM functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and SAP best practices.
• Manage projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of

  SAP QM/WM functional experience

  , with strong integration knowledge.
• Proficiency in

  SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC.

• Hands-on experience with quality planning, inspections, notifications, reporting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ALE, IDOCs, and EDI configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in global teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally/domestically as required.
