Job Description:
· The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP IS-U FI-CA application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
· Ensures all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope or cost should be recorded.
· For the new business requirement will be Interacting with stakeholders and other streams to understand the business requirements, Co-coordinating with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines
· Design and implementation of complex requirements related to regulatory and non regulatory requirements.
· Resource Planning and estimating the developments, ensuring the execution as per the planning
· Co-ordinate the work with the Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define the Objectives and development plan includes the develop documentation independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
· Continuously improve and automate business processes, track issues, and document changes
· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
· Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Required Skills:
· Minimum work experience: 5 - 8 Years.
· Experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging.
· Experience in FI-CA configuration of Main /Sub , Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Instalment plans, Returns, Refund Process, Write offs.
· Should have in- depth experience in Support activities (Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements)
· Experience in customer facing Projects.
· Should be able to mine new opportunities and design/build a custom function module with medium complexity program logic.
· Capability of finding automation opportunities
· Experience in finding automation opportunities
· Should have strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to research and resolve issues.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
· English language skills required (min B2 level)
· German language skills is added advantage.
