Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP C4C (Sales, Service, and Marketing), end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP C4C implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP C4C solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules as per client needs.
• Integrate SAP C4C with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and third-party applications.
• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and prepare detailed documentation (FS, TS, Test scripts, Training material).
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and process improvement discussions.
• Stay updated on SAP C4C enhancements, SDK development (PDI), OData services, and UI enhancements.
• Act as an onsite coordinator between the client and offshore teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
• Hands-on experience in C4C configuration, workflows, business rules, KPIs, and analytics.
• Expertise in Integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA using SAP CPI / HCI or other middleware.
• Good understanding of C4C Data Migration Workbench, Master Data, and Transactional Data flows.
• Proficiency in HTML Mashups, SDK (PDI), ABSL scripting, and OData services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• SAP C4C Certification is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
