SAP C4C Consultant:

Job Location-Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon/ Noida/ Kolkata/ Indore

Exp- min 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and requirements related to customer engagement and sales activities.
Configure and customize SAP C4C modules including Sales, Service Cloud to align with business needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to deliver effective SAP C4C solutions.
Provide support for SAP C4C incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate deployments.
Develop functional specifications for integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP C4C solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C enhancements, updates, and best practices.
