SAP C4C Consultant

As an SAP C4C Consultant, you will be responsible for the in-depth technical and functional implementation of C4C for Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, as well as respective Analytics within SAP C4C. Your experience in large-scale Cross-Functional projects will be valuable in this role. You will need to have integration experience of the C4C System with both SAP ERP and Non-SAP systems. Designing, Configuring, Customizing, and Testing C4C will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Hands-on experience with C4C transport Management is required for successful implementation. Your role will involve C4C Sales Management, including handling Territories, Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Sales Orders, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Pricing. Enabling Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Intelligence will also be part of your duties. In Services Management, you will configure and implement Communication Channels, Knowledge Base, Registered Products, Contracts, Tickets, Resource Scheduler, Visits, Service Quotations, spare parts, repairs, Lifecycle, Response Templates, and Case Management. Additionally, you will perform activities related to Administration, Personalization, Analytics/Reporting, Cutover, and Go-Live. Your experience with administrator activities, such as adaptations, troubleshooting web-service and SAP Idocs failures, quarterly upgrade processes and testing, e-mail integration, template maintenance, background jobs, exchange rates, workflows, OData service explorer, and approval process will be essential. You will also be involved in C4C QA system refresh activities, Data Load activities for Master and Transactional Data, and utilizing Key User Tools (KUT) for Extensions, Layouts, Business Roles, Restrictions, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects, and Mashups. Code List Mappings and ID Mappings will also be part of your responsibilities. Preparing technical, functional specifications, and user training documents, as well as providing workaround solutions for critical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and offering necessary fixes will be key tasks in this role. The work mode for this position is Hybrid, with 3 days of Work From Office (WFO), and the Shift Timings are General Shift.,
