Summary:

We are hiring a Research Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in Direct Hire (Non-IT) recruiting. This role supports business development by identifying leads and opening at least 5 qualified job requisitions per week across industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, healthcare, real estate, Oil & Gas, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify clients and job opportunities
Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with BD teams
Create company profiles and org charts for strategic outreach
Analyze hiring trends and salary data
Support recruiters with research aligned to open roles
Track job postings and news for potential leads
Maintain CRM/ATS with up-to-date research data

Requirements:

4–5 years in recruitment research or sourcing (Non-IT sectors)
Strong industry knowledge across multiple Non-IT domains
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and similar tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRMs/ATS and lead generation

Preferred:

Background in staffing agency (Direct Hire focus)
Familiar with Boolean search and talent mapping
Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
