Job Title: SAP CX Consultant Experience Required: 4–5 Years Key Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design for SAP CX modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Configure and customize SAP CX applications as per business needs. Conduct integration with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or third-party systems. Lead workshops, create functional/technical specifications, and handle client communications. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients for SAP CX solution delivery. Required Skills: 4–5 years of experience in SAP CX (C4C Sales/Service, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Marketing Cloud). Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Service, or Commerce. Experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK), CPI/PI integration, and web services (OData, SOAP). Ability to design end-to-end CX processes and integrations. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration. Knowledge of SAP CPQ, SAP Emarsys, or SAP FSM. SAP CX certification (preferred but not mandatory). Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
