Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of hairstylists, beauticians, barbers, and front desk staff. Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professionalism of all staff. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat business. Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambiance, and overall client experience. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and stock management. Ensure timely availability and proper usage of products, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and prevent stockouts or wastage. Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly revenue targets for the salon. Promote service packages, retail products, and memberships to boost sales. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and suggest business improvement strategies. Compliance: Ensure all operational and hygiene SOPs are followed. Maintain records such as attendance, cash registers, and customer bills. Comply with company policies and government regulations (GST, health/safety, etc.) Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in salon management or customer service/hospitality leadership role. Excellent communication and people management skills. Strong understanding of salon operations, services, and client engagement. Ability to multitask, lead teams, and handle pressure situations. Educational Qualification:Graduate or Diploma in Beauty/Spa/Salon Management preferred. Certification in Beauty/Cosmetology is a plus.
