Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead the operations of our Femina Flaunt Studio Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and leading the salon team with motivation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day salon activities and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain hygiene, ambience, and overall salon presentation as per brand standards.
• Monitor stock, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

2. Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through service and product sales.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives among staff.
• Track performance metrics, daily sales, and customer retention.

3. Team Leadership

• Manage the salon team – stylists, therapists, front desk, etc.
• Create rosters, approve leaves, and manage manpower.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training coordination.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure an excellent customer journey from entry to service and follow-up.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships for loyalty and repeat business.

5. Marketing & Promotions

• Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and in-salon promotions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotional offers and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with salon software (POS, CRM) and reporting.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Well-groomed and presentable with good communication skills
