Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. They must be customer-focused, well-groomed, and updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. Key Responsibilities:Provide haircuts, blow-drying, and styling services to clients as per their preferences. Perform hair coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and other chemical treatments. Offer expert advice to clients on hair care, styles, and home maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, tools, and equipment. Build and retain a strong client base through excellent service. Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. Upsell salon products and services when appropriate. Ensure compliance with salon standards and safety protocols. Maintain records of services provided and update client history. Requirements:Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hair Stylist (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Diploma or certification in Hairdressing from a recognized institution. Expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good physical stamina and neat personal appearance. Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
