Main Goal of the Role: To be the Director's right hand, manage salon operations end-to-end, ensure smooth daily execution, handle team coordination, backend tracking, client experience, and marketing tasks — while keeping the Director free for creative and business leadership. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:1. Team & Salon Operations ManagementEnsure salon opens and closes on time Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality & SOPs Allocate daily duties and break time to the team Ensure all services are done on time & up to salon standards Solve client or staff issues immediately and professionally 2. Executive Assistant TasksMaintain the Director’s daily to-do list and follow-ups Track execution of daily, weekly & monthly goals Take notes during meetings and assign follow-up actions Send reminders to team/vendors/clients as per schedule Organize events, shoots, trainings as per the Director’s vision 3. Client Experience & Front Desk OversightGreet clients & check if they are comfortable throughout Ensure client consultation forms are filled Track feedback from all clients daily and resolve complaints Oversee receptionist in billing, appointment booking, follow-ups Ensure rebooking system is followed after every service 4. Daily Reporting & TrackingFill Google Sheet daily: Task Tracker, Appointment Summary, Sales, Rebookings, Team Performance Share daily summary with the Director Keep records of inventory usage and inform when stock is low 5. Marketing & Content CoordinationEnsure team clicks before/after photos, reels daily Share content with editor or marketing team regularly Track Instagram stories & WhatsApp updates are done daily Assist in organizing offers, campaigns, seminars 6. Vendor & Inventory ManagementCoordinate with suppliers for product stock & tools Track inventory inflow/outflow monthly Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation 📝 Rules & Expectations:Be proactive – Don’t wait for instructions. Own the work. Daily report is mandatory – No matter how busy the day is. Keep the team accountable – Ensure the SOPs are followed. Confidentiality – All Director’s communication is private. Hands-on – Be ready to help at the reception or floor if needed. 💼 Skills Required:Excellent English & Hindi communication Basic tech: Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Instagram Strong people management skills Highly organized with attention to detail Experience in salon/spa/hotel/retail preferred 🎓 Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 1-2 years experience in salon/spa/hospitality/admin roles Graduate in any stream (BBA, Hospitality, or Beauty background preferred) 🚀 Growth Path:Promotion to Operations Head / Multi-salon Manager Work closely with Director in branding & franchise building Monthly incentives based on targets
