Key Responsibilities: Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services for clients Recommend haircare products and styles based on client preferences and hair type Keep workstations clean and sanitized at all times Stay updated with the latest hair trends, tools, and techniques Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional behavior and personal grooming Maintain client records and suggest future appointments Requirements: Proven experience as a Hair Dresser or similar role Knowledge of hair care products and tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional certification in hairdressing is a plus Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Monitor and analyze accounting data; produce financial statements and reports. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts on a monthly and yearly basis. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns. Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies. Maintain general ledger and ensure proper journal entries and ledger postings. Supervise accounts payable/receivable processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Liaise with auditors for annual audits and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and cost allocation. Ensure internal controls and suggest process improvements. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred). Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory laws. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
