Job Description

Provide haircuts, blow-drying, and styling services to clients as per their preferences. Perform hair coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and other chemical treatments. Offer expert advice to clients on hair care, styles, and home maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, tools, and equipment. Build and retain a strong client base through excellent service. Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. Upsell salon products and services when appropriate. Ensure compliance with salon standards and safety protocols. Maintain records of services provided and update client history. Requirements:Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hair Stylist (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Diploma or certification in Hairdressing from a recognized institution. Expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good physical stamina and neat personal appearance. Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of current hair trends and styles. Ability to handle different hair types and textures. Experience with bridal and occasion hair styling is a plus.
