Salon Manager should be capable of handling a salon as per the processes defined by the organisation. The following are the responsibilities: - Client Handling - System Billing - Inventory / Stock Management - Employee Management - Daily / Monthly Reporting - Adhere to all processes including Day & Month End activities Important to take ownership of the activities associated with the role and perform all the duties to the expectation set for the role. Technical / Business knowledge will definetely be considered, but not necessary if the person has the drive to learn and excel. Minimum qualification for the role is a graduatation with a 3-year or 4 year degree. Salary is based on the candidate's skills and capabilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
