Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in quartz and engineered stone markets (domestic & international).
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, fabricators, distributors, and end clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Project Management

  • Manage client projects from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, and finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project progress, resolve challenges, and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Ensure after-sales service, addressing client feedback and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and project documentation.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in sales and project management within quartz, granite, marble, building materials, or interior/architectural industry.
  • Strong understanding of quartz products, fabrication, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international as required)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales & project management (quartz/building materials industry preferred).

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Timely and successful execution of client projects.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market expansion and new client acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
