R&D Officer

· Oversee the research, formulation, and design of new quartz slab shades, patterns, and textures.

· Innovate new product lines, considering market demand and emerging trends.

· Evaluate and introduce new raw materials, resins, and pigments to improve quality and aesthetics.

· Collaborate with CAD/CNC designers to create unique slab designs.

· Ensure new products comply with international quality standards and regulations.

· Work closely with quality assurance teams to test product durability, strength, and chemical resistance.

· Oversee trials and pilot production to validate product performance.

· Develop efficient formulations and production processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.

· Work with analysts to calculate material costs, optimize recipes, and improve profitability.

· Identify process improvements to enhance yield, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.

· Lead NPD projects from R&D to full-scale production, ensuring timely launches.

· Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.

· Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of new products.

· Lab Technicians (for material testing and formulation)

· CAD/CNC Designers & Market Researchers (for product design and market alignment)

· Quality Testers & Compliance Officers (for quality validation)

· Analysts/Data Operators/Costing Specialists (for performance tracking and cost optimization)

· Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams for product presentations.

· Assist in creating marketing materials and specifications for new products.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary R&D team, including scientists, engineers, and technical staff.

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the R&D department.

· Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure skill development through training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
