Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the quartz and engineered stone markets, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, you will manage client projects from inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve maintaining CRM records, providing sales forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in quartz and engineered stone markets. - Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, fabricators, distributors, and end clients. - Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets. - Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. - Manage client projects from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. - Track project progress, resolve challenges, and provide regular updates to clients and management. - Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and project documentation. - Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and project status reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales and project management within quartz, granite, marble, building materials, or interior/architectural industry. - Strong understanding of quartz products, fabrication, and applications. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge preferred. - Willingness to travel (domestic and international as required). Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field. An MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing is preferred. You should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales & project management, with a preference for experience in the quartz/building materials industry. (Note: The job type is full-time with Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person.),
