Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Ambikapur. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable products for their projects. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting product demonstrations. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and close deals
• Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of the paint or coatings industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Problem-solving skills for addressing customer queries and concerns
• Proficiency in using sales tracking tools and technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
