Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Salesperson at EDUCATION REAL ESTATE, INC. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless buying and selling process. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and provide exceptional customer support. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Negotiation and persuasion skills with attention to detail in contract discussions Understanding of the real estate market, trends, and industry practices Ability to work on-site full-time in Noida and maintain a professional demeanor Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plus A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in the real estate industry or similar sales-focused positions is advantageous
