The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and presenting software solutions to potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and attending industry events to network and promote OneKnotOne's products. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skillsAbility to conduct Market Research and develop Sales StrategiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field( Knowledge about real estate market)Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Analytics toolsWillingness to travel for industry events and client meetingsExperience in the tech industry is a plus
