Role Description

This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Kochi. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are effectively addressed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively engage and convert leads into long-term clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and understand client needs
• Knowledge of networking, internet, security infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IoT services
• Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
• Ability to meet targets and work in a results-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns promptly
• Knowledge of the IT and telecommunications industry will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
