Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Rajkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting ISFC's housing loan products. The role also involves conducting market research, assisting clients through the loan application process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Salesmanship, persuasion, and customer service orientation
• Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions
• Knowledge of housing finance products and local property markets is an asset
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client interactions
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing client databases and sales reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Prior sales experience in the financial services or real estate sector is advantageous
