Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Surat, offering the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the responsibilities. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with the team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure a positive experience
• Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation skills for effective client interactions
• Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic Computer and Administrative skills for maintaining records and processing orders
• Previous experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury goods sales will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred
• Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus
