The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our exquisite collections, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We are seeking an experienced and polished Sales Consultant with a strong background in the interior design industry. This role demands a dynamic individual who not only understands design and aesthetics but also excels at handling end-to-end client projects with professionalism and precision. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle interior product sales, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up Engage with architects, designers, and clients to understand project needs and provide tailored solutions Drive showroom experiences that convert walk-ins into long-term clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client projects Maintain accurate records using digital tools and reporting dashboards Continuously update product knowledge and stay current on industry trends Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the interior design or allied industry Strong understanding of project-based sales and client servicing Well-groomed, confident, and articulate , with a presentable demeanor suited for high-end clientele Must be proficient in English, Hindi, Odia Technologically savvy and proficient in MS Office, CRMs, and digital communication tools Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing client needs and product categories A client-obsessed attitude , with a focus on service excellence and relationship-building with excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Preferred: Existing network of designers, architects, or real estate professionals Experience working in luxury or premium product segments What We Offer: A refined work environment at one of the city’s most luxurious design destinations Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and learning Show more Show less
