Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and training and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
