Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients to conceptualize and execute interior design projects, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. Responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with architects and vendors to bring designs to fruition. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and budgets. High-Value Sales & Client Conversion Handle inbound leads from website, Instagram, LinkedIn & referrals Conduct client meetings, presentations & walkthroughs Prepare proposals, commercials & BOQs Maintain CRM and track lead-to-conversion funnel 2. Telecalling & Lead Qualification (IMPORTANT – Newly Added) Conduct daily telecalling to: Qualify fresh enquiries Understand client requirements, budgets & timelines Fix meetings for design team or management Follow up with warm & dormant leads Maintain structured call logs and call-back discipline Ensure every enquiry receives a response within 1–2 hours Improve telecalling → meeting booking → conversion ratio 3.
