Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Madanapalle. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, building and nurturing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing product training to customers and team members. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in communication and customer service to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated skills in sales and sales management, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to provide training and share knowledge to support team and client development.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
• Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a relevant field is preferred.
