About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in the valves industry to drive business growth by generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in industrial or engineering product sales with a strong network and technical understanding of valves.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new business leads within the valves and related industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and management) for order execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecast pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in sales of industrial valves or related mechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of valve types, applications, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
