Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Bhubaneswar,The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products from our bespoke kitchen, furniture, and cladding collections. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining thorough product knowledge. Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and meet client needs Product knowledge in bespoke kitchens, furniture, and wall solutions Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the luxury home decor industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
