Role Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our team in Chennai for a full-time, on-site role. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, promoting our housing finance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key activities include maintaining and expanding customer portfolios, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with developers, builders, and channel partners. The role also involves preparing sales reports, keeping up with market trends, understanding customer needs, and strategically presenting the appropriate financial products to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales, Client Management, and Business Development
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
• Solid understanding of Housing Finance, Mortgage Lending, and Financial Products
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the financial or housing sector is preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to work independently and meet challenging sales targets
