• Drive

  sales of diamonds and related products

  through effective customer engagement.
• Identify and onboard

  new B2B clients

  , including wholesalers, retailers, and international buyers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  with consistent follow-ups and closing skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience

  , in the diamond or jewelry sector.
• Strong understanding of diamond assortments, quality parameters, and buyer preferences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust-based, long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an advantage.
