Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your role will involve preparing marketing and sales strategies, conducting research on competitors" products and services, overseeing marketing campaigns, budgeting, and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with the Media department, answer client inquiries, participate in company events, create product awareness, meet sales targets, handle client complaints, negotiate deals, and collect feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating social media marketing campaigns and writing performance reports. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but freshers can also apply. You should have a strong understanding of marketing tactics, Customer Relationship Management Software, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, project management, and leadership skills. The ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team, along with good negotiation and sales skills, is essential.
