Sales/Marketing Assistant

As a Sales/Marketing Assistant at a company in Mumbai (Kandivli), your primary role will involve providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining files, database, and records of various reports. - Handling daily sales-collection report data. - Preparing daily sales data and monthly expenses of managers during field work. - Managing queries from field staff and coordinating with HR & Admin Dept. - Arranging meetings, conferences, and making travel arrangements for the department. - Drafting letters, drafts, and preparing tour programs for Managers. - Managing and maintaining Managers" schedules and setting up all meetings and conferences. - Maintaining HTC record and preparing monthly secondary sales and expense statements. - Dealing with telephone and email queries and creating/maintaining filing systems. - Coordinating between different departments for order execution/queries, including the sales team. - Responsible for end-to-end activities from order receipt to billing and following up on stock requirements and indents to achieve monthly targets. - Documenting new hires and preparing documentation for Full and Final settlement for resigned candidates from a marketing perspective. - Managing end-to-end procedures for field expenses and attendance, including follow-up, submission, and clearance of salary and expenses. Freshers with any graduate degree (post-graduation not required) and 6 months to 1 year of administration experience are welcome to apply.
