Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (Cardio Diabetic)

As a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager in the Cardio Diabetic segment based in Mumbai (Kandivli-Charkop), with 3 to 6 years of experience in Brand Management, you will play a crucial role in brand development and portfolio expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include designing product strategies, ensuring their timely execution, proposing new launches to enhance the portfolio, and collaborating with the sales team for effective strategy implementation. Conducting market research to identify market requirements for current and future products will also be a key part of your role. To support sales and marketing objectives, you will be responsible for planning and designing promotional materials/tools with a focus on cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will need to train, motivate, and guide the field force to drive continuous brand growth and create entry barriers for competitors through product and packaging innovation. Your functional knowledge and skills should encompass a strong understanding of product management, market dynamics, competitive behavior, data analysis, and goal orientation. Specialized skills required include managing brand expenses, developing strategic and tactical implications for improved performance, devising ROI strategies, staying aware of competitors and market trends, and demonstrating active listening.
