Product Manager

You are looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to join your team in Mumbai (Kandivli-Charkop) within the Cardio Diabetic segment. With 3 to 6 years of experience in Brand Management, you will be responsible for various tasks related to brand development and management. Your role will primarily involve Brand Management, where you will be tasked with identifying new opportunities to enhance the brand portfolio. You will design product strategies and ensure their successful implementation, propose new launches to strengthen the portfolio, and collaborate with the sales team to execute these strategies effectively. Market research will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to understand current and future product requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and creating promotional materials that align with sales and marketing objectives while being cost-effective. Training, motivating, and guiding the field force to drive brand growth will also be part of your duties. Identifying new products and overseeing their launch, as well as creating entry barriers for competitors through product innovation and packaging, will be crucial tasks. In terms of functional knowledge and skills, you should possess a solid understanding of product management, market dynamics, and competitive behavior. Data analysis, goal orientation, and specialized skills such as managing brand expenses, developing ROI strategies, and staying aware of market trends are essential. Active listening and strategic thinking will be valuable assets in this role.
