Salesforce Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, online classroom sessions for Salesforce Admin and related tracks (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) using platforms such as Zoom/Teams and an LMS.
• Design, refine, and maintain curriculum, slide decks, hands-on labs, assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects aligned to Salesforce certification objectives.
• Provide learner mentorship: clarify concepts, review assignments, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and run exam-prep workshops and mock tests.
• Set up and manage training orgs or sandboxes for guided labs; curate datasets and scenarios that reflect real business use cases.
• Track learner progress and outcomes; collect feedback, measure training effectiveness, and iterate content for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices; update content and demos to reflect new features and UI changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on schedules, cohorts, LMS administration, and certification readiness metrics.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience delivering online, instructor-led Salesforce training or workshops (2+ years), with strong virtual classroom facilitation skills.
• Active Salesforce certification: Administrator (mandatory); additional certs such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports/dashboards), user management, security, and app customization.
• Demonstrated ability to create structured curricula, practical labs, and assessment materials aligned to certification blueprints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills; ability to engage diverse learner profiles.
• Reliable remote setup: stable high-speed internet, quality audio/video equipment, and quiet teaching environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trailhead assignments, Superbadges, and exam-readiness strategies.
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud (cases, SLAs, Omni-Channel) and Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasting).
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ is advantageous.
• Prior experience with LMS tools, recording software, and digital whiteboarding.
• Instructional design background and knowledge of adult learning principles.
